    Friendly way to remember if it’s a disorder.

    Does it… Disrupt the order of your life? Or are you getting through it?

    Like, oh you say you’ve got OCD, cause you have to wash your hands all the time? So… Has it made you late for work? Do you set your alarm early so you’re not late for work?

    Stuff like that raises a big red flag for a disorder.

    This isn’t diagnostic, but it’s an easy way to break like 95% of inaccurate self diagnoses.
