    He’s a wanker who got in bed with Russia. Shit a large part of what Ukraine is suffering today is because he published data hacked by Russia, leading to this current global alt-right streak.

        The messages, obtained by The Atlantic, were also turned over by Trump Jr.’s lawyers to congressional investigators. They are part of a long—and largely one-sided—correspondence between WikiLeaks and the president’s son that continued until at least July 2017. The messages show WikiLeaks, a radical transparency organization that the American intelligence community believes was chosen by the Russian government to disseminate the information it had hacked, actively soliciting Trump Jr.’s cooperation.

        I don’t personally know much about it beyond that.

          So a magazine that is close to the ruling class of the United States writes that Assange had some emails with someone in the Trump family (who are part of the ruling class of the US), at some point. Some parts of the US government also lied to the Atlantic about it’s beliefs about Wikileaks, because it embarassed them.

          What’s the issue here?
