Hey! It’s “comunnities” button search broken here ? I find a few communities that I like to join f in brose.feddit.de, and I can’t find from here. And now, I see the annuncement that lemmy.blahaj.zone/c/unixsocks was created to move /r/unixsocks from Reddit, and I can’t find it or join from here ?

What it’s the problem ?

    You’ll need to manually search for communities we’re not already federated with. If you go to the search bar you can search for them like so:

    !unixsocks@lemmy.blahaj.zone

    Then you’ll see them added to the community list and you can subscribe to them there.

    Hopefully Lemmy will make this process easier/more obvious in the future.

    Edit: the pinned post (https://lib.lgbt/post/508) has the same instructions phrased differently if those make more sense.
