Today’s workout will focus on cleans and front squats. Warm up with a combination of jogging, dynamic stretches, mobility exercises, and warm-up sets of cleans. For the strength component, perform a clean complex followed by front squats. The metcon is an AMRAP workout of power cleans, wall balls, and sit-ups. The goal is to complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes. Have a strong workout!
