These forests have been dried out by extreme heat so far this summer, with more heat on the way.

    OP, please fix the title. This is about the Park wildfire in California. sfgate.com also has a bunch of info. It is bad. No fatalities reported so far, fortunately, but a crazy amount of forest has already been wiped out.
