I might try some of these but I’m not sure about 2, 4, 6, 7, or 8.

Text version for the blind:

OP: What is a tasty snack I can make with peanut butter that doesn’t add any more carbs?

ChatGPT: Certainly! Here are some low-carb peanut butter snack ideas:

  1. Peanut Butter Celery Sticks: Simply spread peanut butter on celery sticks. The crunch of the celery combined with the creaminess of the peanut butter is satisfying. You can also add some raisins or unsweetened shredded coconut on top, but remember these do add minimal carbs.

  2. Peanut Butter Stuffed Bell Peppers: Slice a bell pepper into thick rings or long strips and spread or pipe peanut butter inside.

  3. Peanut Butter Balls: Mix peanut butter with chia seeds, flaxseeds, or unsweetened shredded coconut. Form into small balls and chill.

  4. Peanut Butter & Cucumber: Slice cucumbers and spread a little peanut butter on top. The refreshing taste of the cucumber complements the rich peanut butter.

  5. Peanut Butter Dip: Make a dip by mixing peanut butter, cream cheese, and a little heavy cream until smooth. Use this as a dip for fresh veggies.

  6. Peanut Butter & Avocado: It may sound unusual, but spreading peanut butter on avocado slices is a creamy and satisfying snack.

  7. Peanut Butter Smoothie: Blend together peanut butter, ice, unsweetened almond milk, and a touch of vanilla extract. For added protein, you can mix in a scoop of your favorite low-carb protein powder.

  8. Peanut Butter & Cheese: Some people enjoy the combination of a slice of cheese with a dollop of peanut butter on top.

  9. Peanut Butter Covered Nuts: Coat almonds or walnuts with a layer of peanut butter and freeze them for a crunchy treat.

  10. Peanut Butter Fat Bombs: Mix peanut butter with coconut oil, and if desired, a touch of sweetener like stevia or erythritol. Pour into small molds or ice cube trays and freeze.

When selecting peanut butter, choose the natural or pure versions without added sugars or hydrogenated oils. These will have the lowest carbs and be the healthiest option. Always check the nutrition label to make sure there aren’t any hidden carbs!

How is GPT-4 compared to GPT-3.5? I would’ve thrown £20 but I can’t spend that much on using a text generating model.

Yeah, I canceled my subscription because after three months the fun wore off and I didn’t find it that useful. I think 3.5 is good enough although I haven’t used it much compared to GTP 4. Personally I plan to switch to self-hosted local only AI for future. Sorry I don’t have a very good answer for you.

For me the bell pepper one is the weirdest. They have such a strong flavor especially raw. I can’t imagine it going well with peanut butter.

Both cream cheese and heavy cream are very low in carbohydrates but extremely high in fats. Not great for losing weight but good for controlling blood sugar since your body burns fat through ketosis as apposed to glycolysis. At least that my understanding.

7 is the most straightforwardly correct one here. 9 is the one that just won’t work, frozen peanut butter is unchewable. 10 is only technically food.
