I’m a 67 year old F living with my daughter and her children in a house she owns. House has been on the market for a few weeks, she got an offer fairly quickly but the buyer was an absolute assclown and she finally cut him loose after several extensions. House is now relisted as of yesterday. We are on a fairly busy road and have had lots of people stop unannounced. No problem with that, as long as they take an info sheet and go. But today I’ve had to chase off two different parties that just decided it’s ok to get out of their vehicles and stroll around. One guy was clear across the yard before we noticed! I asked him what he thought he was doing and told him to call the realtor. At least he took ‘no’ for an answer. The other couple asked if they could go into the back yard. NO! Well can we come inside? ALSO NO!!!
It’s OBVIOUS that someone lives here, there are two cars in the driveway. Mind you, this is in Florida, where a lot of people would shoot first and ask questions later! What is wrong with people?
