I’m building my first gaming pc and upgrading my gaming experience from a PS4. I’m looking to build a pc that runs on a good fps range at 1080p to play Minecraft with mods and some AAA games like elden ring, cyberpunk, witcher 3, escape from tarkov, gta, … but people doesn’t reach to a consensus about to choose between a 4060 or a 3060.
I looked at some benchmark videos and 4060 does get a better performance and if I’m not mistaken rarely there are games that surpasses the 8gb VRAM since the 4060 doesn’t use the same ammount of VRAM than a 3060, additionally I believe that NVIDIA will get more support to this new generation gpu and that the new technologies like DLSS 3 maybe are worth it. Does 4060 is a better option or not? Or should I even wait for new gpu to come out?
I’m pairing my gpu with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X and 16Gb RAM
