Hey Reddit fam,

I’m over in Germany, grinding full-time in Luxembourg and doing that daily commut€ dance. Gotta admit, I’m all about paying my taxes to the Lux side, not the German one.

Lately, I’ve been cooking up a plan to kickstart an online shop on the side while keeping my 9-to-5 gig in Luxembourg. Picture this: the shop would set up shop in Germany, tax HQ and all, and I’m thinking of clocking in around 10 hours a week on this baby.

Now, here’s the curveball – my work contract throws down the gauntlet, saying I’ve gotta be 100% on board with my current gig and not go wandering off elsewhere.

So, here’s the scoop: Is that contract even legal? Can I slide into the online shop game without stepping on any toes? I’m playing it sneaky with the employer, so I’m giving y’all the nod for some advice.

Whatcha think, fam?
