Good evening everyone! I’ll try to be nice and concise:

I’m an Italian student, I’ll be getting my Basic degree in Psychology by the end of next year.

I’m looking forward to getting my masters degree in Clinical Psychology in Norway.

I’ll be trying my best to learn Norwegian through this year and during the course of my stay. Realistically though… one year is too short of a time for me to be able to partake in oral exams and research papers in Norwegian. I was hoping you could point me to:

A university that has a course in clinical psychology that’s mostly in English.

Other than that my only other requirement is: The location i will be residing is well connected to the university by public transportation,( “<=1 hour trip preferably”) in proportion to the cost of living.

I was hoping you could point me to some universities or cities where a foreign student can settle in more easily.

I’m taking this post as a starting point for my research. I’ve tried to Google universities and programs but it’s been a bit scary and confusing as there seems to be quite a variety of choices and I can’t tell what’s better or worse for now… I’d really rather make a first opinion from the experiences of real students instead.

I’ll be visiting as a tourist next summer for two weeks, to get a feel of the places you recommend before Ill make my final choice.

I’m very grateful to everyone who wants to pitch in with recommendations, tips and links. I highly appreciate your help!
