I want to add an outdoor EV charger. Due to the design of the house I am trying to avoid paying to run a cord across a ceiling crawlspace (the dryer is on the “correct” side of the crawlspace")

Wouldn’t be doing this myself, I want to know what the options are or if I gotta bite the bullet and get a sub panel

Is it possible to use this same cord to add a dryer outlet also outdoors, or is this impossible or otherwise a ridiculous code violation? Often the same circuit holds many outlets

Of course in such a setup we couldn’t charge the car and run the dryer in parallel, or it would trip the breaker.
