Hello I have a 1800 sq foot home, 1 floor. I would like suggestions as my wifi signal strength is significantly reduced when I am in my master bedroom with the door close.

Modem is NETGEAR Nighthawk 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Voice Cable Modem. Model CM1150V-100NAS

Router is NETGEAR Nighthawk AX5400 WiFi 6 Router. Model XR1000-100NAS

ISP is Frontier, I have Fiber 1G internet.

My modem & router are in the opposite corner of my master bedroom, no real space to place it in a centralize location like the living room.

I was wondering if mesh wifi is an option, or if something better? If so which would be a good a product for my current equipmemt. Price is not an issue.

Additional info, I have 2 smart TV, 1 Printer, 3 Laptops, 2 Desktops, 2 Phones, 1 Amazon Alexa Echo Dot.

In the future I plan to add security cameras, but still on the fence of wired or wireless.

I am not tech savy, so please talk in simple terms or explain. Thanks for any advise.
