So recently I’ve reorganised my room and thus moved my desktop to another part of the room. However, when I plugged all the cables in again and started the pc, the Ethernet plug had a constant and blinking orange light.

I’ve looked stuff up online on how to fix it. I’ve tried different Ethernet cables which I know work. I’ve reset my router multiple times, same thing for the pc. The speed of my internet is also still good, it’s around 900 mbs for download speed and 80 mbs for upload speed. I’ve tried troubleshooting in the system itself but that showed there were no problems.

So I thought it was just a weird malfunction. When gaming however I got disconnected from the other guys world (dark souls 3) which had never happened before.

If anyone has any more ideas on how to fix the blinking orange light I’d love to hear them.
