Hey guys,

We’re planning a trip next year and I just had the realization that my criminal record is probably going to cause me issues entering Canada & the US.

I fucked up in a huge manner 9 years ago when I was 27 and had a car accident where I was charged with DUI & careless driving causing injury - my punishment was a loss of license for 9 months.

My record is otherwise clean and I haven’t been in trouble since.

From what I’ve read entry to the country comes down to the immigration officer on the day, and I may be best to try apply for the Application for Rehabilitation who are Inadmissible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
