Someone once recommended that I buy branded chocolate, such as Neuhaus, from its respective outlet store. “It’s the same chocolate,” they said.

Does anyone know if these chocolate outlet stores exist? If so, how can I find them?

I’m especially interested in stores near Leuven, but I’m willing to commute if it’s worth the trip.
