I just opened my Telenet app and I see an incorrect home address.
I pay by direct debit (domiciliering), and Telenet informed me a while ago that all invoices would be digital from now on, so I never noticed I was no longer receiving any physical mail from them…
The funny thing is, the incorrect home address they have in their system, is in the same appartement building I live in, but just a different appartement number. I contacted Telenet via WhatsApp but they haven’t responded yet, and I’m a little worried.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know why this happened? I haven’t given them any instruction whatsoever to change my address in any shape or form, they just did it of their own accord…
