We have a cloud key 2.0. The hard drive failed, has been replaced, and system config has been restored successfully. Now all of our unifi devices are showing “Click to Resolve”. When you click to resolve it states:
I chatted in with ubiquiti support and they said all APs and switches will need to be reset as outlined in the above pic and there was no other way to readopt the device. All of our employees would also be disconnected as part of this process. Our APs are mounted on 10ft ceilings and before i pull out a ladder and schedule a time to do this, i thought i would check here to see if there is another way to re-adopt these devices.
