Hi guys, how are you? I have a question. I bought an AIO (All-in-One) PC
and installed Ubuntu, specifically version 16.04 (we use it in our
software development company). The issue is that when I try to connect
another monitor, it doesn’t display anything; the system doesn’t detect
it. However, when I reboot, both the AIO’s screen and the connected one
show the same content, as if it’s being duplicated. But the system
doesn’t recognize the new monitor; it’s like the connected monitor is
acting as the primary screen alongside the AIO’s screen. We tried
downloading drivers and everything, but nothing is working. The AIO has a
12th generation Intel processor with an integrated graphics card, which
is part of the same processor.
