I have a feeling a lot of the people who think they have a sample that can do all core -30 haven’t done any testing. For example, my sample has a core that can only do -10, one core doing -30 and the rest are all doing -20. I can theoretically set all cores to -30 and never experience any real stability issues or OS bugs and stuff like that, however most semi demanding games will have very noticeable stutters that last anywhere between 200-500ms every now and then, not very common but when they come you can easily pick them up and have nothing to do to game optimization. Realistically this only affects my 1% lows, if you’re not monitoring those you would never know.

So far I’ve just tested stability in increments of 5, I’m just certain that one of my cores can do -30, another one 10, and the others I haven’t finished testing, maybe one of the -20s can do -30 I have yet to find out, but I know for a fact that a lot of those -20s are unstable at -25 so I will have to test in increments of -1 and that is very time consuming for me rn. The -10 core can’t do -15 so it will probably max out anywhere between -10 and -14.

and like I said everything looks to be working fine my pc still boots and doesn’t crash I can run stress tests almost indefinitely and no issues, its just that under contain conditions it causes stuters that don’t come from bad game optimization.

To have a chip that can do all core -30 you must have pretty much hit the silicon jackpot or are just running -30 just because you can without doing any form of proper testing.
