considering replacing some filter capacitors on an old Randall guitar amplifier, as they aren’t reading great on the ESR meter, and they’re approaching 40 years of service. 6000 does not seem to be a common value, while 6800 is readily available. seems like a big jump; would someone be able to advise why or why not this may not be a good idea?
