How come different release group for movies or TV show episodes have a difference in durations?

For a particular TV show episodes, I checked on two different release groups such as NTB or EDITH, the time durations for that very same episode is either 15 seconds shorter or longer. Although it’s the same episode of the same show and the time durations are not the same. For example, I noticed for the first episode of the TV show I wanted to download is 1080p release by NTB and the duration is 00:42:10 and for another release group for the same first episode in 2160p release by EDITH and the duration is 00:41:55, which is exactly 15 seconds shorter than the one NTB releases. Why is that?
