which trackers focused on movies and compact series ?

I’m looking for trackers where they focus on bringing movies well compressed with the x265 video codec (hevc) and also with the av1 codec (which looks promising)

my goal would be to get movies without much action and without much special effect in 720p or 1080p resolution with a size of 2 to 3 gb to leave it in my personal collection

remembering that my goal is also to find conversions made by processor and not by video card because the latter is terrible
