I purchased x8 Toshiba MG08ACA16TE 16TB HDDs for my NAS which I use in RAID 5. I’m now wondering if I should purchase 1-2 more to keep on hand for a potential (inevitable?) HDD failure so I can immediately begin rebuilding the RAID while hoping another doesn’t fail.

Or should I generally be safe ordering from Amazon and having it arrive 1-2 days later when I can then start rebuilding the RAID?

I’m using Backblaze for backups so I’m covered there.
