I use the VPN service of my university (it works with Cisco AnyConnect). I need it because of several reasons (among others also access to specific websites). However, the university has started blocking certain public websites (which are not criminal or anything like that!), meaning I can no longer access them. If I want to continue to be on the university’s VPN, I now have to switch to the Tor browser every time to access the specific website, which is a pain.

Is there a solution how I can access certain websites or make an exception without having to give up the general VPN connection?
