Hello, so a social media account of mine was hacked a while ago and I used my email address and the same password across accounts. I decided to change my password on as many accounts I could think of, but there were so many I couldn’t think of all of them. Then a month or so later I saw that someone logged into another of my accounts. The weird part is none of my passwords were changed, but I cancelled my card on that account anyways. Now I got an invoice for a VPN that I unsubscribed from almost immediately since it was slow, but I still got an invoice for it today so I logged into the account and realized the login information was the same information that was hacked from my social account and email, as I forgot about this account and it had the same hacked password. Now I’m just here thinking that someone could have used my VPN account this whole time without me knowing, if they thought to check if I had a VPN account. Do you think it is likely a hacker would check if I had a VPN account? I appreciate the input.
