One of my worst LC symptoms is insomnia. I’m 7 months in and month 3 and 4 I was having sleepless nights in a row which then became 2 hours and started improving but still bad.

From then it stayed at 4/5 or 6 hours of shallow broken sleep (multiple wakings) until now so I thought I’m getting better

Last night I had a night of zero sleep and am very disheartened

Did anyone who’s insomnia got better have relapses like me and got better over time? Please I need reassurance as this has completely skyrocketed my already bad anxiety
