So the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Times both did expose’s and articles about it too. So let me guess, you think they are just conspiracy people too? And all the other newspapers?

Attitudes like yours, are exactly what the Democrats lost. So you can laugh all you want. I didn’t vote for either one. I’m laughing too. But it’s true that they covered up for Biden.

I think I see a paywall and an opinion piece, clearly labelled as such with a big font at the top.

Don’t take opinions as fact, especially when the author goes out of their way to make it extra clear it’s just their opinion

Riiiiggghtt. Hey man, if you wanna believe that Biden isn’t senile and the Dem party wasn’t covering it up, go right ahead.

But it’s why the Democrats lost the election. LMAO

I don’t care or know what’s up with him. I just like pointing out when people are coming up with various paranoid conspiracies

I don’t care or know what’s up with him.

Obviously, you don’t know what’s going on with him, because you sound ridiculous. And just so we’re clear, it’s not a paranoid conspiracy if it’s true.

For the record, most voters and even most of Lemmy now admit that things were covered up and that Biden should have dropped out much earlier. By not doing so, he helped pave the way for Trump’s victory.

If you’re not even aware of all that, then why jump in and call it a conspiracy when it clearly isn’t? You’re not even here in the states and don’t know anything about it.

I didn’t vote for Trump, so this isn’t some pro-Trump piece.

It’s a conspiracy if people are conspiring. Are you claiming they did not conspire to cover up Joe’s condition? Or are we talking about a conspiracy?

The term “conspiracy theory” carries a dismissive tone, implying wild, unfounded speculation or paranoia.

The distinction is important: yes, it was a conspiracy in the literal sense—a coordinated effort by individuals or groups to cover something up.

However, it’s not a “conspiracy theory” to talk about it, especially when the events in question are backed by evidence or widely acknowledged as fact.

But once the information is proven true or widely verified, it transitions out of “theory” territory and becomes a matter of public record or investigative reporting.

Seems like you did a little research and now you’re backtracking. Dude, you were mocking it as a “conspiracy theory,” implying it didn’t actually happen. Your exact words: “I’m a person overseas laughing at a guy who needs a tinfoil hat.”

Now you’ve realized it was true and not just a “theory.” It’s okay to admit you were wrong or that your tone might have come across differently than you intended.

You’re not even in the fucking US, yet you thought you knew more than reporters actually writing about it! Fucking Lemmy, man… lmao
