Everytime I post something, it has a “francais” label next to it, while I post on non-french communities…
If I select both “francais” and “english” in my languages, will it fix it?

I always post as "unspecificied’ or “undetermined”, yet my post still appear as “french”, and I check everytime

That community doesn’t accept posts in ‘unspecified’. In their API response, it says:
"discussion_languages": [47]47=French. If it also allowed unspecified, it would say [0, 47]
So it may be that you’re selecting ‘unspecified’, but in order for it to actually post, it’s going through as ‘French’. This is probably better than just erroring.

The moderators have only allowed French as a language, which is why OP’s content is tagged as such.
ok so maybe it defaults to french when I post on that instance, and then it makes it the default choice when I post elsewhere after?
I think communities can have their own language setting?
