La seule chose qui justifie encore la présence de l’Ordre des Infirmiers/Infirmières du Québec (au lieu d’un national governing board pan-Canadien) c’est le doux 35M$ minimum qu’ils font par année en collecte de droit de pratique seulement. A vrai dire, j’ai plein d’amis d’enfance qui sont RN du Québec et qui travaillent à Edmundston. Ça se fait.

The only thing keeping the Quebec Nurses’ Board running is the 35M$ (minimum) yearly benefit they get by collecting practice rights from their members. As a matter of fact, plenty of my childhood friends got their diploma by studying “abroad” in Quebec and came back home to work in Edmundston. It can be done across all of Canada and medical knowledge is medical knowledge.
