His family couldn’t care for him, and in the United States, there is no mental health care for the indigent. A horrific, pointless and tragic death, the same as suffered by many schizophrenics. His racism was something that happened after he became schizophrenic, so I wouldn’t dwell to much on that.
If I’m remember the documentary correctly, his death happened shortly after what appear to be lucidly on his social media.
