The brand is Sea Cuisine, and though the crab cake was fine, I think I can make a better one for less than 220 calories.

Not for most people, but for a short-ish woman, my TDEE is only 1600 calories a day. Which means that at 1200, I’m losing less than a pound a week, which is a fairly moderate rate.
Also, my dinner would have been larger had I not been determined to fit in a 170 calorie beer 😝
