Trump ain’t running things. I think he might have pushed the thing on paper straws, but I’m sure someone else wrote even that executive order. He’s like little Tommen in Game of Thrones happily scribbling his name on whatever they put in front of him.
The more that the orange baby is pacified, the better. That’s quite an expensive pacifier though.
