After registering I should get a verification email. This one never comes. And because this verification email never comes, I can’t sign in. When trying to register again I get a message telling me that my email is already in use. When choosing “forgot my password” I never get the password reset email. I can’t ask the question at sh.itjust.works because I can’t log in. Amy ideas what to do?
Have you checked your junk or spam mail folder ?
Yes. And I’ve tried registering both from my daily Android phone, an Android tablet and with a windows PC. There’s nothing in my junk mail folder.
I had this problem when registering with my current instance. I ended up sending a message to one of the admins from my other account and explained my issue. He marked it as verified on his end and I was able to sign in. Idk if the admins over there would do that but it’s worth a shot if nothing else works.
Ended up doing this and now I’m in.
