A former SpaceX employee who suffers from Crohn’s disease claimed supervisors monitored his restroom use, timing each toilet break and issuing a formal reprimand if he wasn’t back within 10 minutes. The employee is suing the company for allegedly firing him over frequent bathroom use caused by a chronic medical condition, according to The Independent.
