Backdated to include the Ireland match, so will miss England’s first two matches at the WC.

Seems like the right outcome to me, albeit with some added steps.

    This is finally the right outcome, but I feel bad for him as the whole thing was a farce. Red, not red, red again… make up your minds, an why was Six Nations rugby involved in the original disciplinary decision? Shouldn’t there be a single body making these decisions for all unions?

      It is actually up to each competition, not even each union, to have a Disciplinary Committee. But those judiciary structures roll up for appeal purposes. So for my location in North America, our union DC rolls up to the USA Rugby DC, which rolls up to Rugby Americas North DC, which rolls up to World Rugby. The same is true for Faz - the RFU rolls up to Six Nations Rugby, which I believe then rolls up to WR.
