The only thing you need for an enlightened run is 10billion hab space, so the biggest gusset you can find, with clarity stones. A nice chalice makes it go faster, and the enlightened specific one is extremely helpful. Good luck
Two most essential for enlightenment is T4 LoE and a guesset of T4L, T4E, or T3L.
Other than that, as good as you can get of:
- Puzzle Cube
- Chalice
- Necklace / Ankh
And pack all of those full of T3 clarity stones.
It also helps to have a few shiny LoEs of any tier so that you can use them for life stones once you have enough hab space.
