The picture shows 2x 80mm fans, mounted under a Logi G920 with a custom wheel.

I will probably implement a PWM circuit to control them.

    They seem very close to the desk? Are they still working, seems like it would choke them?

      No, there is space between the fans and the desk. They are actually in an angle, so that they blow push air a bit out of the desk, instead of straight down.
