i fall in the camp of “un vote doesnt matter but it makes more sense for china and russia to abstain than veto in this particular situation” tbc. i also think you can criticize them for their moves in the months and years beforehand allowing to get to this situation, but like i said even offering that up as criticism was not enough for most of these people crashing out
