And the house I lived in was rented and I had to deal with their maintenance or lack thereof in a very similar way. Edit- never mind, this was directed at the previous guy

I have plenty of friends and family that do though. And the house I lived in was rented and I had to deal with their maintenance or lack thereof in a very similar way.
