    Lemmy is decentralized. If you registered on an instance that doesn’t block tankie instances, then consider changing. I am on feddit.de which is a German instance and it virtually defederated from all tankie instances as well as instances that have open registration (which invites trolls to cause mischief).

    PS: Dont mind the troll who commented below. Tankies are rare on Feddit. Most German leftists hate MLs about as much as they hate fascists.

    Looks like someone got mad and made an alt to downvote me again after he got banned.

      I’m debating on switching instances. It’s a trade off between having to do the leg work to block individual communities or letting someone else make the choice for you at the instance level.

        A blocked instance still means they can see content from other instances but cant interact with them or rather the instances that have blocked them cant see their comment. That is still better than having to see their shitty opinions though. Worst part is that authoritarians feel that they are entitled to a platform and that others must listen to their hateful fascistic views. Basically tankies and nazis are karens.
