When switching between All/Local/Subscribed — consider marking the current selection in bold in the menu, rather than adding the word “(Current)”. This would shorten the menu text and might make it simpler to localize.

Not sure. I looked on the developer website and all I could find was the HI guidance for check marks in the Mac menus.
