God isn’t real, so you haven’t spoken a single word of truth in this thread. And if he is real, then he’s a right piece of shit for all of the terrible things he does and allows. I’d rather role the dice with the big man down stairs who is only there because he loves me too much.
Religion is a cancer.

Growing up on a small town in Iowa, I would leave my car unlocked and windows down during the day. I lived rural and we never locked our door. Now there’s been more development near my mother’s house and she locks the door at night and when she’s not home. Someone down the street about a mile away had someone break into their house. Unfortunately for the perp, the home owner heard, grabbed a golf club and gave the dude a shiner and a titlists face tattoo.
Now I live in a larger metro area and keep my doors locked all day. I truly wouldn’t need to because we have a pretty safe community, but my wife grew up in a worse place so it’s more habit than anything. We also have dogs they could potentially pop a door open and get out, so extra piece of mind.

You haven’t provided any counter. I’ve told you why they should exist. You’ve said they shouldn’t with no reason. What is your better solution that will be better and why?

That has nothing to do with state borders. The electoral college is a fucked system and FPtP voting is dumb AF. What’s your alternative to states that you think would make the US a better place?

Router QoS. Set the router to prioritize your traffic based on IP. What are they doing that’s consuming the bandwidth? The only times it’s been an issue in our house has been when I’ve switched media with no speed restrictions. Past large and fast downloads, if you have high speed internet, the pipe shouldn’t be congested. Otherwise, be confrontational then escalate if behaviors don’t change.

Still, the solution isn’t an embargo that hurts the citizens. Humanitarian efforts would be more effective for sure. This is not in defense of the Cuban go government, but there’s no way that laying siege on an island is better for the citizens there.

For the same reason that countries exist. Everyone should have the right for representation. The US is a big place. It needs to be broken into individual locations so that citizens are better locally represented. Whether or not the seemingly arbitrary lines make sense is a different debate, but have some level of boundaries should exist due to the size of this country.

That’s not the US’s fight though. If Cubans aren’t a fan of their leadership they should fix it. If they can’t they can request help and setup some guarantees and deals for assistance.

State boundaries make sense in that if there were none everyone would be represented by a single entity. They have to exist at some level for that reason.

Trump’s platform was laid out plainly leading up to the election. He was already heavily implicated to being involved with Epstein. Either she’s a complete idiot that is so out of touch that it’s unfathomable, or she knew who Trump is and what he’s about and decided that the damage he would do to other demographics was acceptable, making her a hypocrite. The idea that Trump was actually going to release the Epstein files and somehow bring justice takes a whole level of stupid to believe.

I’m curious how this works in action. If you use a VPN provider that doesn’t do logging, and inherently you’re traffic is encrypted via that VPN, what are they spying on? That’s kind of the whole purpose of running a VPN in the first place.
If they happen to somehow see the unencrypted traffic, I hope they enjoy sifting through ass loads of torrent data. Good luck, shit bags.

The Chinpokomon episode of South Park aired in 1999, and that had the commercials Alabama Man and Wild Wacky Action Bike and those satire commercials are the best ever. So I agree.

I know I would sooner be court marshalled than join the military. I wonder what the response would be like in the general population if they tried this. My hopium says it wouldn’t fly, but I’ve seen how shitty my fellow countrymen and women can be.

I picked up knitting about 5 years ago when I was couch bound after having surgery on both my legs. I pretty much only do hats, but I have one hat that I wear almost daily about 7 months a year. It has a simple yet complicated looking pattern that frequently gets compliments and it looks almost like it did the day I finished it. I went with a Merino wool and love it so much. It was going to be all black, but I ran out of yarn and finished the top with white, so it looks like aagic 8 ball.
It’s also a great hobby for long plane flights and grabs some positive attention from the flight attendants.
I love the look of your work.

It could be a musical. Not a good one, but a musical none the less.

The racists and bigots were having their wet dream, but now it’s affecting them. Their shallow minds have about 5 seconds of forethought and no critical thinking skills.
