But it’s sort of the same thing. The more density, the more services there are going to be. Not just nearby, but at all.

So if there are about 4000 ppl within walking distance of you, good chance you’ll have a pub within walking distance. Or if there are 4000 ppl within driving distance of you, good chance you’ll have a pub within driving distance. And so on for the rest…
