1 year agoSFP+ is the port that you insert the transceiver into. The module will likely have an LC connector for fiber. You can also get a copper SFP with an RJ45 connector. For your panel you would likely want an LC coupler.
Some other optical connector types are ST, SC and FC, although these are less common, and in some cases obsolete.
I use git to manage my compose files, manifests and config files etc.
I believe Github Actions has a docker workflow, not sure how to use it, but it might be worth looking at as a CI/CD to auto-deploy your containers once they are merged to main.
I use .gitignore for my persistent volume folders if the container will write to them.
