I like to imagine the person is just complimenting their strong mothers, aunts, sisters, etc. Obviously they deserve the right tool for the job, not some chintzy product that is colored pink. So many companies, which once made reliable products, no longer make anything worth the paper money needed to purchase them. Plus it’s a flashlight, less features means less ways to break, so it really needs one or two buttons. Some of the best tools are simple. At least the person didn’t use feeeemale as a noun.

I have worked between multiple Data Center Technician contracts during COVID. I was treated like shit in all of them, and the culture was heavily conservative/fascist. Those jobs need to be paid a lot more, have much better working conditions, etc. before the culture can be improved and the jobs are less discriminating to nearly everyone.

SotV is probably my personal favorite, tied with the Risk of Rain Returns soundtrack. I would consider SotS and the RoR2 base soundtrack my next favorite.

Can game devs for fucking once stop selling their franchises to shitty corporate companies (yes I know it’s inevitable under capitalism)? Ffs, this was one of my favorite games of all-time. I would have been happy if it wasn’t touched. If there was one feature from Steam I would ever want, it would be the ability to revert back to old game versions (or install multiple) without developers needing to create multiple betas. I want my masterpiece back. Guess I need to pirate now. Hopefully I can still play multiplayer with a pirated dedicated server.

I only paid for the soundtrack on Bandcamp and was excited for the release. The only good out of this update is the soundtrack. Chris Christodoulou makes awesome music.

My guess is that it is the first mainland China studio developed AAA game that isn’t a gacha/mobile game.

I looked at some videos with all of the cutscenes, and it does seem there’s more women towards the 2nd half of the game.
