After binging around new year I kinda lost time to play as real life did some catch up with me, but things are still going well when i get the opportunity to play. Currently I’m year 2 Summer and I just married Alex, finished the community center, am planing to go to ginger island soon and I’m spending a lot of time gifting everyone lots of gifts. Gift giving is an interesting gameplay loop that I kinda never did so far and I’m amazed how much time I’m spending with just running around and gifting people, like it feels stupid and meaningless because it uses so much time and at the same time it’s super cool and funny and I genuinely love all the little acts of kindness and reactions and figuring out (well going to the wiki) who loves/likes what. Also can’t wait for grandpa evaluation as I want that statue of perfection because I just HATE skull cavern. Damn writing this really gave me the mood to play again here is to hoping I can squeeze that one in the next couple of days :3

Tbh I feel like Linus wouldn’t want to that. I see Linus as someone who very much chooses to live the live he lives, living in a tent and such so I doubt you would get him on board to get a house in the town

First time playing since the update and its just nice and relaxed. Playing meadows farm and I’m just loving the animals, I really like the daily chores they give me since that makes every day at least a bit eventfull and also the constant stream of cash is also really really nice :D In general this is also my first playthrough where I want to build a pretty farm and where I’m actually at least a bit successful because I want my animals to have a nice habitat ^^ Currently halfway through winter year one and I’m only missing the rare fruit bundle to finish the community centre. could have done that bundle in like summer already and been done a couple of days ago and already be on ginger island but eh it is what is, just using this time now to settle everything a bit more on the farm before I approach ginger island for the first time :)

I’m about to start a new playthrough. Haven’t played in ~2 years and I’m still completely in the dark what the last update brought do I’m kinda exited to play and just see where this goes :) Also I never really saw the endgame, mostly stopped playing at around midgame so I kinda wanna commit to that this time :)

In vulcano seismology there is this fun little thing called a tremor and its really annoying but also really mysterious as no one knows where it is coming from or what cases it. I’ve had multiple people try to explain it or I was listenin to talks about it and I have yet to hear solidly overlapping theories. Also not only does the signal look different at every single opportunity (aka every vulcano) that you to look at it, it also hides within a frequency range that is mostly overlapped with random background signal. So to look at it you need to do analzye your seismometers for a directional eigenvalue (not sure if its the correct word or even the only what its just what I’m doing. I’m normally German speaking but what we do is look at the seismometers and whether or nor all or most of the signals are comming from the same direction) so that you can even detect it, meanin just to look at it you already need some statistics.

Not really sure where I’m going with this I just find this concept really really and I’m just once again baffled that we simply do not know about things in science.
