Will be interesting to see if anyone can stop Evenepoel or if he does one of his big solos.

Quite a entertaining end to an entertaining TdF with Pogacar attacking and a bit of a surprise winner.
Campenaerts will definitely give it a go. I don’t envy Rodriguez, going over the cobblestones after yesterday’s crash, hopefully he can keep his place.
The last mountain stage of the tour, this will more than likely go to a breakaway. I don’t think we will see much GC action, but the fight for king of the mountain could make up for that. I’m hoping Zimmerman can get a stage win, he has been on the attack so many times. The same could be said for Skjelmosse and the Danes are on fire this tour, so he might just get it.
That was an entertaining stage to watch. The fight for the break was great and I am glad to see them make it to the end.
Hopefully we will see a all or nothing approach from uae after yesterday’s stage. Don’t know how Pogacar would make up the time he lost, but I would love to see him try.
PS - if someone else could post tomorrow’s and Friday’s thread that would be greatly appreciated as I won’t have the time.
Interesting Vingegaard seems to win more TT’s if they are in the 3rd week of a GT.
Actually looking forward to this one and curious to see what the time gap will be after the stage. Wonder if WvA can take the stage? Vingegaard definitely won’t be giving it to him like the last TdF with the gap so close and still a hard stage to go.
Glad Poels finally got a GT victory, shame they barely showed him going over the finish. Great fight again between Pogacar and Vingegaard, wondering if one can put a bit more time between them in the time trail or if they will be as equally matched again.
Haven’t heard him say it this stage although he had plenty of uppertunity for it.
That crash at the beginning didn’t do him much good. I wonder if he will be recovered today.
Great list! Some that weren’t on my radar yet that I’ll have to try. I’d add Friedhats, expensive but tasty and Manhattan coffeeroasters to the list.
Unbelievable, but what a stage. Pogacar and Vingegaard are so equally matched.
I can see Pidcock winning this. He really is the biggest surprise for me in the gc, didn’t think he would be that good consistently.
Exactly what I was thinking, an exciting two days ahead.
A playful crop for a playful dog I really like it. Makes the world look miniature. I like the backlight, like the tones, honestly there is not much I don’t like about this.
Looks like a lovely dog. I’m adopting a greyhound in the coming weeks, well looking forward to it and probably will end up taking photos of it.
I feel this could go two ways, it will either be a great stage with lots of gc action or hardly anything happens, because they are saving themselves for the next 2 days. I don’t think Pogacar can afford to save himself though. He has a fair chance of getting the boni seconds at the finish line which he should probably go for.
Great stage to watch, lots of racing and in the end the strongest won. Second stage for Cofidis they are on a roll.
Thanks for not spoiling it! Have to watch this back later
