Wow. This is a really clean interface on mobile. I love it. Thank you! 🩷

had a constant melodramatic after-school special vibe in which characters were constantly stopping in the middle of an emergency to talk about their feelings and kumbaya-cry it out
Nail on the head.
For contactless payments, try Curve: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imaginecurve.curve.prd
I am curious how Android Auto works with Graphene. I missed Android Auto when I was using LineageOS
Battery is also an issue even on Stock Android. The 5G chips on the recent Pixels drain it like a MF.
It really is annoying, I really want a cheap phone that doesn’t spy on me. I’m either stuck between an expensive and closed EcoSystem, Android which I can’t trust to fart near or Custom Roms which does lack features
Mmm yeah. Well, back to it then
MajesticTechie@feddit.ukto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What websites search function do you hate most?13·2 months agoI switched to Kagi a year ago. It’s free for first hundred searches so you can see what it’s like. If you like it you can pay for it. I know paying for a search Engine is very niche, but I use my search Engine for both work and personal, it’s a tool and frankly you’ve already hit the nail on the the head with everything else just being shit. Between rubbish results and poor privacy, I really am happy that I have Kagi as an option. The price per year ain’t bad for how much I use it and I’m happy my money is going to devs rather that aren’t selling my data

If I’m milking 2 people, they better be paying me
I miss my grandad. He would do stuff like this.
If you install Linux first, Windows will see a grub partition on install and go “Oh, let me use this too” disregarding it’s for an entirely different OS. Then when grub is updated by Windows it goes “What’s all this crap, nah, we don’t need any of this” and then your Linux distro can’t be booted.
I’ve dual booted for years, never had an issue because I installed Windows first.
