It’s now basically an open beta:
Additionally, today we’re starting the process of inviting as many eligible players as possible to the Limited Test. To be eligible for a CS2 Limited Test invite players must have CS:GO Prime status, an active official competitive matchmaking Skill Group, and play majority of their official matchmaking games in one of the regions where the Limited Test is available.
I like the ideas of a per-map rating. So you don’t feel stuck with your usual map pool and can try new maps, without fear of downranks.
MR12 will be interesting as well. I think we’ll probably see some economy changes.
And of course: OPEN BETA!!
No new maps or matchmaking options, just the usual quick map fixes…

Well, from the official map pool it’s only inferno left.
So I would assume we see inf added with the next patch and 2-3 weeks after that hopefully the big launch for everybody!
Valve fixing the game breaking stuff first! 😅
The cs2 limited test (beta) is still invite only. So you need to be lucky and get selected from valve to get access.
Seems like valve is finishing up overpass. Hopefully we’ll see some new maps soon.
I think it’s great to see the steady stream of patches. And it seems like they are quite quick to implement player feedback.
I also use Flame! I really like the clean and simple look and it’s really easy to set up.
