I get your concern, really. I would counter that some conversations with a good chatbot these days are more rewarding than those with your average redditor. It’s like the placebo effect. For me, if I’m having a good time and getting value out of a platform, that matters more.

This right here is my second comment to you. Your reference to me HAVING to harass you was a reply to my first comment ever to you. HARASS seems a stretch. Furthermore, I prefer the Sopuli instance to lemmy.world so not sure where simping comes in. And while I understand “brother in Christ” is just a thing people say, I’m pagan. Not offended, but it always feels weird for me to respond to that without pointing it out.

While I understand you were being hyperbolic about a Lemmy Master Class, I don’t think it would take too much time to provide the requested info. I say this only because I have seen so many other commenters that seem very well informed. Why, I bet they’d even walk you thru it step by step if you asked.
